Other Policies:

Please refrain from Smoking or Vaping inside or around the restaurant.

Talking on the cellular phone is not allowed inside the restaurant.

Please ask prior to video recording or taking photos of our staff. We may refuse when it is inappropriate.

We allow our guests to bring in own cake for their special occasion. However, there will be a cake cutting fee $10 per slice or $50 per cake, whichever lower.

About Service Animals and Supporting Animals

All service animals, such as a service dog trained for disability, will be accepted at the restaurant.  Please let us know if you have a service animal with you prior to visiting the restaurant, so we can arrange appropriate seats.

Supporting animals, however, may be refused because we are a small restaurant and we prepare all food in the open kitchen. As San Francisco’s Mayor’s Office on Disability states, “When it comes to private businesses or establishments that sell or prepare food, the state law is unclear; you may be denied access if you have a support animal.”

According to City and County of San Francisco Building Owners and Managers (BOMA), all types of emotional support animals are allowed in public buildings and private housing, but might be restricted from entering hotels, restaurants, and other private businesses.

About Food Safety and Food Poisoning

Food safety is most important for us.  Please note that Sushi contains undercooked or raw ingredients that may be harmful to pregnant women, infants, children, the elderly, and persons with lowered resistance (immune compromised, which may be caused by lack of sleep, fatigue and other reasons).  Some fish may have small bones.
