Reserve Your Seating
We are currently accepting guests with reservations only. However, walk-in guests can be accepted if there are cancellations on the same day.
Reservations are accepted by phone Monday through Saturday from 1:00 pm – 4:00 pm and also can be made online. We do not take reservations by email.
Despite the fact that we cannot guarantee your seat preference, if you would like to request seats either at sushi bar or dining tables, please let us know in advance. When guests are arriving late for their reservation time, we will hold the seats for 15 min.
Our seating capacity is 29 guests at a seating. The largest number of a party for sushi bar seats is party of 3. The largest number of a party for dining table is party of 8. Contact us for parties of 5 or more. Reservations may be made up to two months in advance.
Please note that we kindly require advance notice of allergies and dietary restrictions to provide you with the best dining experience.

Any party members who do not eat food but having seats will be still charged $95 per person.
Deposit Requirement for Large Parties
We require $98 deposit for all parties larger than 5 guests or more. The deposit amount will be credited on your dinner bill. The cancellation policy will be applied to cancellations within 48 hours of your reservations ($98 per guest will be automatically charged on your credit card). For the parties smaller than 4 guests, please refer to “Cancellation Policy” below.
Our first seating begins at 5:00 pm and second seating time starts at 8:00 pm. We kindly require the seats to be available for the second seating by 7:50pm.

Bar Seats Policy
Since we have a limited number of bar seats and high volume of bar requests, party of 4 and more will be seated at table seats instead of bar seats.
Cancellations within 48 hours of the reservation will be charged $30 per person. We call our guests to confirm reservations ahead of time. However, if the reservation has been cancelled on the same day or without prior notice (no show), there will be $98 per person automatic charge. Often our guests who are in emergency and cancel the reservation fill in the seats with their family members or friends in order to avoid cancellation fees.
If you cancel parties larger than 5 guests within 72 hours, there will be $98 cancellation per guest charge.
Service Charge for Large Parties
Parties larger than 5 guests will be automatically added a service charge (20% of the total amount) to your bill.
- Semi formal is preferred. Shorts or sandals are NOT allowed.
- Please refrain from putting excessive perfume since it will affect the dining experience of other guests.
We do not accommodate children under age of 5 or guests who cannot eat raw foods. Also infants with strollers, high chairs or booster chairs are not allowed because of liabilities, considering there will be foot traffic in narrow space and it is unsafe for the children, guests and our staff.
There is no smaller size of Omakase. Therefore, we will serve the regular Omakase or Grand Omakase menu for children, and it will be $98 / $165 per person.
Kusakabe’s Corkage Policy
$25 corkage fee per one 750ml bottle, if we don’t carry that special wine or sake. Limit to one bottle per two diners. No corkage fee for one 750ml bottle if you purchase one 750ml bottle from our list.
- Talking on the cellular phone is not allowed inside the restaurant.
- Please ask prior to video recording or taking photos of our staff. We may refuse when it is inappropriate.
- We allow our guests to bring in own cake for a special occasion. There will be a cake cutting fee $5 per slice.
